Terms of Service

Your agreement with Choudhry Enterprise LLC when you use Sealed. Creating an account means accepting them.

1. Who we are

Sealed is operated by Choudhry Enterprise LLC, of 10639 E Briarwood Ave, Centennial, CO 80112. Reach us at sealedinvites@gmail.com.

2. What Sealed does

You build an online invitation, send a private link to each household, collect replies, and share photographs and messages. We provide the software. The celebration is yours.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your password to yourself, you are responsible for what happens under your account, and tell us promptly if someone else gets access.

4. Your guests

Adding guests means giving us other people's details, and those people never signed up with us. You confirm that:

  • you may share those details with us in order to invite them;
  • you will tell guests you are using Sealed if they ask, and pass on our Privacy Policy; and
  • you will handle any request from a guest to see, correct or delete their details, and we will help.

In data-protection terms you are the controller of your guest list and we are your processor. We use guest details only to run your celebration. We never sell them and never market to them.

5. Plans and payment

  • Free costs nothing and includes the free experiences.
  • Signature is monthly, after a three-day trial, and renews until cancelled.
  • Heirloom is a single payment, not a subscription.

Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects a subscription you are already on so you can cancel. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. How long your celebration stays online

While Signature is active, it stays online; if it lapses, guests may lose access, though we will not delete your content straight away. Heirloom keeps it online for as long as we operate Sealed, with no further payment. You get reasonable notice and a chance to export before anything is removed.

7. What you may not do

  • upload anything unlawful, hateful, or not yours to share;
  • upload someone else's photographs or music without permission;
  • invite people who have asked you not to contact them;
  • attempt to break, overload or probe the service without our written permission; or
  • resell or white-label it without an agreement.

We may suspend or close an account for these, and will warn you first where that is fair.

8. Who owns what

You keep every right in your words, photographs and guest list, and give us only the permission needed to host and show them to the guests you invite, for as long as you use Sealed. We keep the rights in the Sealed software, designs and experiences.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep Sealed running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance.

10. If something goes wrong

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost goodwill or indirect loss.

Some places do not allow limits that far. If you are a consumer, your local law stands, it wins over anything here that conflicts with it, and the rest of these terms carry on.

11. Ending the agreement

Close your account whenever you like. We may end this agreement if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly. We then delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and will tell you by email or in the app before a change that materially affects you takes effect. Continuing to use Sealed means accepting it.

13. Law, wherever you are

Choudhry Enterprise LLC is based in the State of Colorado, these terms are governed by its law, and its courts are the ones we would normally use.

Consumer law does not always allow us to choose that for you. If the law where you live gives you the right to rely on your own courts or your own consumer rules, you keep it.
