Refunds & Cancellation

How to stop paying us, and when you can have your money back.

Signature, billed monthly

  • Starts with a three-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
  • After that it renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing. You keep access to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • No cancellation fee, and we do not ask why. Part-months are not normally refunded, because you keep the service until the month ends.

Heirloom, paid once

  • A single payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
  • Changed your mind within 14 days and not yet sent invitations? Write to us and we will refund you in full.
  • Once invitations have gone out the service has been delivered, so a refund is at our discretion. Ask anyway if something has gone wrong.

If we get it wrong

Us failing you is not the same as you changing your mind, and we will put it right: a full refund, a partial one, or more time on your plan, depending on what happened. Write to sealedinvites@gmail.com.

Your rights where you live

Consumer law differs by country and by US state. Whatever rights your local law gives you, you keep, and where it is more generous than this page, it wins. Where it gives you no cancellation right at all, this page is what you can rely on.

Worth knowing: if a cooling-off right does apply to you, asking us to open your celebration to guests straight away usually counts as asking us to start work, which can shorten or end it.

How to ask

Email sealedinvites@gmail.com from the address on your account and say which plan you are on. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We would rather fix it, and a chargeback raised without contacting us may suspend the celebration while it is sorted out.
